At Celestis S.r.l. and its affiliated companies (hereinafter referred to as "we" or "our company"), people with different cultures, skills and perspectives work together. This diversity enriches and strengthens us.

Our Code of Conduct is not a rigid set of rules. It is dynamic and open to change. For legal norms can change and be concretised by new guidelines and behavioural requirements.
This Code of Conduct is an orientation guide. Its aim is to protect our company, our business partners and our employees from harm. Such damage can quickly arise if legal regulations, ethical and moral laws are not observed or if there is a lack of transparency in the conduct of business.
Our employees therefore undertake to comply with the following regulations in their dealings with business partners and in public and to report any violations immediately. This is done in the interest of all parties involved. This is the only way to prevent damage and ensure fair competition.

Our managers must live up to their role model function. They are expected to do so with a high level of social and ethical competence. They are responsible for communicating and implementing the Code of Conduct.
Every employee is called upon to implement the Code of Conduct and fill it with life. He or she must report violations and irregularities to the management immediately and without being asked.
The Code of Conduct is freely accessible to all employees and business partners on the company's website.
Standards and specifications
The reputation of Celestis S.r.l. and the trust that customers and business partners place in our company depend essentially on the sincere and responsible behaviour and actions of all our employees. Every employee must comply with existing legal regulations in Italy and abroad, other mandatory regulations, this Code of Conduct and internal instructions supplementing this Code.
Mutual respect, honesty and integrity
In accordance with our corporate principles, we do not tolerate discrimination, sexual harassment or attacks on individuals.
We are open and honest and stand by our responsibility.
Dialogue with business partners
Celestis S.r.l. is committed to dialogue and partnership with its business partners.
Engagement of business partners for private purposes
We trust that the personal interests of our employees do not conflict with those of Celestis S.r.l. In order to avoid conflicts of interest, employees may not use business partners related to the company for private purposes.
In our communication - internally and externally - transparency and honesty have priority.

Relationship with suppliers
Suppliers must be selected solely on the basis of objective criteria. No employee may use his position to demand, accept, obtain or be promised advantages. This does not include accepting occasional gifts of symbolic value or food or event invitations in an appropriate setting, provided that local customs are not exceeded. However, all gifts, meals or event invitations going beyond this must be rejected.
Relationship with customers
Celestis S.r.l. employees are strictly forbidden, outside the limits of the law, to promise or grant any advantage (private or business), monetary or pecuniary, to employees, bodies, shareholders or agents of customers in order to obtain orders.
Employees who allow themselves to be influenced or attempt to influence customers or suppliers in an unauthorised manner will be liable to disciplinary action, regardless of the criminal consequences.
Conflicts of interest
We expect our employees to act ethically in dealing with conflicts of interest. This includes informing supervisors of relationships with persons or companies with whom our company has or seeks to have a business relationship.
The public sector is one of the company's clients. We comply with the rules on public procurement procedures and in particular the rules on the prevention of undue influence.
Cash payments to third parties
We donate voluntarily and not for economic gain. In the foreground of a financial or monetary benefit through us are the promotion of education, culture, environment & sports and social concerns.
Sponsoring is a communication instrument. Should our company decide to sponsor, it will focus on the specialist areas in which we operate.
Celestis S.r.l. does not donate money to political parties or elected officials, nor does it grant them monetary benefits.
All cash payments to third parties, if made, must be in accordance with the applicable legal system. It goes without saying that the transaction, including addressee and intended use, must be fully documented.
Celestis S.r.l. is committed to the principles of free market economy and fair competition. We conduct our business solely on the basis of merit and free and unfettered competition.
Combating money laundering
Our companies are committed to maintaining only serious business relationships that comply with the law and whose financial resources are of legitimate origin. We do not support money laundering.
Records and reports (internal and external) must be correct and truthful. The principles of proper bookkeeping and accounting must be observed. No posting without vouchers. "Off-books" or untrue transactions will not be tolerated.
Handling of information
Celestis S.r.l. is aware of the sensitivity of the data entrusted to us by business partners. For this reason, every employee is obliged, within the scope of his or her duties, to ensure a high level of protection of this data and to use all the means available for data protection.
The security of our and the data provided to us is of great importance. For this reason, we protect company data as well as customer-related data against unauthorised access and improper use with all suitable and appropriate means available to us.
Misconduct and violations of behavioural requirements such as integrity and esteem and, of course, legislation and guidelines can have serious consequences for individuals and the entire company.
Celestis S.r.l. therefore punishes deliberate, unlawful misconduct and infringements within the limits of the law consistently and without regard to the rank and position of the person acting. This applies in particular to corrupt behaviour.
